Being a part of Kansas Miracle does not mean that you have to be a good dancer (you can take it from us). Being a part of the movement means personally developing and growing as a leader while meeting amazing people along the way. Our organization is unlike any other on campus. Our leadership is somewhat of a motley crew, coming from backgrounds of accounting, graphic design, event planning, social media, dancing, etc. But we all share one thing in common: everything we do is For the Kids. 

Our Leadership Structure

Executive Board:

Our executive board consists of our Executive Director, Director of Data, Director of Recruitment, Director of Design, and Director of Operations. These individuals are responsible for overseeing a group of steering members and for making sure our organization has everything it needs to be successful.

Committee Members:

Our steering board consists of individuals who are responsible for directing certain divisions of Kansas Miracle. Our Committee Members oversee the finance, sponsorship, fundraising, media, graphic design, family relations, community outreach, recruitment, morale, housing, SFL and entertainment divisions of our organization.
